RULES OF THE GAME MY CHRISTOFLE TABLE
ORFEVRERIE CHRISTOFLE (acting on its own behalf as well as on behalf of the other companies in the group), a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), with a share capital of 2,550,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 562 063 263 and whose registered office is located at 9 Rue Royale 75008 Paris - FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Body") is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") on its European, US and Japanese websites accessible at https://www. christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/, https://www.christofle.com/ja_jp/ from July 1st , 2020 at 9:00 am to July 31st , 2020 at 12:00 pm (date and French connection times being authentic, as recorded by the Organizing Body's computer systems). The Organising Company reserves the right to modify the above-mentioned dates if the organisation of the Game so requires.
1/ Principle
In order to participate in the Game, each participant shall complete the registration form for the Game on one of the Organising Company's websites accessible at the following addresses: https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/, https://www.christofle.com/us_en/, https://www.christofle.com/ja_jp/. On the said form, participants shall complete their Surname, First Name, Email Address and validate their participation by clicking on the "Participate" button. The winner will be drawn at random from among the participants, under the control of the Organising Company with the participation of independent witnesses.
2/ Duration
The Game will run from July 1st, 2020 at 9:00 am to July 31st, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
Any participation registered by the Organising Company after 12 noon on 31 July 2020 will not be taken into account.
3/ Number of winners
One (1) winner among the participants will be designated by the Organizing Body with the participation of independent witnesses.
The random draw to determine the winner among the participants will take place on August 10, 2020 at the registered office of the Organizing Body located at 9 Rue Royale 75008 Paris, France.
The winner will be notified by email only. If the winner fails to notify the Organising Company within ninety-six (96) working hours following the message informing the winner, the prize shall remain the property of the Organising Company. No message shall be sent to the losers. If the contact information provided by the participant does not allow the Organising Company to inform the winner, the latter shall be disqualified and shall lose the benefit of his prize without compensation or indemnity of any kind whatsoever to be paid by the Organising Company.
The prize shall be sent to the winner by regular mail with follow-up. The delivery address shall be communicated by the winner to the Organizing Body by email.
Employees and representatives of the Organising Company, partner companies as well as all persons having collaborated in the organisation and realisation of the Game, as well as members of their families, may not take part in the Game.
4/ Prize
One (1) winner will be awarded the following prize:
- A set of 6 silver-plated espresso spoons known as the MOOD COFFEE with a unit value of 330€ (Unit price Europe recommended Christofle TTC June 2020) / US$390 (Unit price USA recommended Christofle TTC June 2020), and 55 000 JPY (Unit price Japan recommended Christofle TTC June 2020) and 335£ (Unit price Great Britain recommended Christofle TTC June 2020).
The prize may not be exchanged, taken back or be the subject of a financial counterpart or financial equivalent of the endowment. No change for any reason whatsoever may be requested from the Organizing Body. It is specified that the Organising Company shall not provide any guarantee or assistance, the prize consisting solely of the handing over of the prize provided for the Game. Any complaints concerning the provision of the prize may not consist of a financial counterpart and/or financial equivalent.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or prejudices of any kind that may arise due to the use of the prize awarded and/or due to its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.
5/ Participation
Any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these rules or made after the Contest Closing Date will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the entrant.
Participation in the Game is open to any natural person who has reached the age of majority on the date of participation, residing in Europe, the United States and Japan, free of charge and without obligation to purchase. Participation is nominative and limited, for a period of one year.
