Fidélio collection

The Fidélio cutlery collection is an update by the Christofle studio (1992) of one of the House's very first collections in the 19th century: the "baguette" collection. It is named after this Beethoven opera which expresses the tenderness of a young couple. With its graceful and round curves, slightly raised with a fine, very soft rib, the Fidélio collection is an ode to sensuality and simplicity. Luxury, calm and voluptuousness, it could also have been inspired by the first lines of "The invitation to travel" by Charles Baudelaire.
