STANDARD DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST

Standard delivery applies to mainland France including Corsica and Monaco.


This service allows delivery no later than 3 working days from the day following the order, including requests for engravings.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY BY FEDEX (for UK and Switzerland)

Standard delivery applies to mainland UK.


This service allows delivery between 2 and 5 working days from the day following the order, including requests for engravings. Customs duties are paid by Christofle.


Please notice that due to the Brexit and Customs clearance the delivery leadtime in the UK can be delayed, we thank you for your understanding.

 

FREE DELIVERY

To benefit free delivery, simply add items to your basket and the standard delivery offered will be automatically applied, depending on the shipping country:

- when the threshold of €350 is exceeded, for any purchase shipped in France

- when the threshold of €500 is exceeded, for any purchase shipped in Europe or in Switzerland

- when the threshold of £500 is exceeded, for any purchase shipped in United Kingdom

RETURNS

To return a purchased product, you can use the return forms available in your personal area, get in touch with our customer service by sending them an e-mail or by contacting them on the toll-free number +33(0)1 76 27 89 18 on Monday Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The jewels can be exchanged free of charge in case of size concern.

Returns are at the customer's expense. The right of withdrawal may be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If for an order several products are delivered separately, the period of 14 calendar days runs from the receipt of the last product. You have 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw from our customer service to return the products.

Please note that Christofle cannot take back personalized products.

Subject to compliance with the above-mentioned deadline and terms, Christofle will reimburse you in full for the sums paid, including the delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which Christofle was informed of the decision by you. retract or at the latest upon receipt of the returned products or proof of their return shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Christofle products returned incomplete, modified, damaged, damaged and / or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
