Several shipping methods as well as their respective rates and delivery times are offered to you after validation of your basket:
STANDARD DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST
Standard delivery applies to mainland France including Corsica and Monaco.
This service allows delivery no later than 3 working days from the day following the order, including requests for engravings.
To benefit free delivery, simply add items to your basket and the standard delivery offered will be automatically applied when the threshold of € 250 is exceeded. Select the "Standard delivery" option to take advantage of the free shipping.
STANDARD DELIVERY BY DHL (BY FEDEX FOR UK)
This service allows delivery no later than 3 days and 5 working days from the day following the order.
Delivery by DHL is possible for the following countries (by FEDEX for UK):
- The Netherlands
- The United Kingdom (FEDEX)
- The Czech Republic
To return a purchased product, you can use the return forms available in your personal area, get in touch with our customer service by sending them an e-mail or by contacting them on the toll-free number +33 (0)2 35 05 99 58 on Monday Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The jewels can be exchanged free of charge in case of size concern.
Returns are at the customer's expense. The right of withdrawal may be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If for an order several products are delivered separately, the period of 14 calendar days runs from the receipt of the last product. You have 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw from our customer service to return the products.
Please note that Christofle cannot take back personalized products.
Subject to compliance with the above-mentioned deadline and terms, Christofle will reimburse you in full for the sums paid, including the delivery costs, within 14 days from the date on which Christofle was informed of the decision by you. retract or at the latest upon receipt of the returned products or proof of their return shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Christofle products returned incomplete, modified, damaged, damaged and / or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.
