Mademoiselle Aurélie Bidermann

Born in Paris, Mademoiselle Aurélie Bidermann comes from a long line of art & antique collectors. After studying art history, she started out in the world of auction houses before switching to jewelry design in 2003. An avid traveler, she draws inspiration from trips to places like India, New York, and the sunny Amalfi Coast, transforming her impressions into a resolutely French style incorporating numerous references, such as Art Deco minimalism and the naturalist art of the ‘70s.

Today, her creativity and curiosity are expressed by way of collections ranging from jewelry to home and table decor, which flourish both in her hometown of Paris and at the most elegant private addresses in the world.

She embodies French “art de vivre.”

Designed by Mademoiselle Aurélie Bidermann, the Babylone Collection incorporates all the values that Christofle holds dear: a sophisticated “art de vivre” bridging classicism and modernity.

Highlighted by contrasting shapes and lines, the collection is distinguished by the minimalist designs and functionality of the Art Deco movement, which first saw the light of day more than a century ago in Paris.
