Drawing its aesthetic inspiration from the 18th century, the Spatours cutlery collection appeared in the first Christofle catalog in 1862. Its name is the contraction of the word "spatula" and the word "outline". It evokes quite directly the design of this model which features sinuous lines emphasizing the curve of the cutlery. The sobriety and harmony of the models in this collection allow it to cross eras.
