The Collection

Christofle partners with Pharrell Williams and Jean Imbert on a specially designed MOOD by Christofle. The collaboration features only 500 full-sized MOODs and 1,000 MOOD Coffees. Let the ‘happy few’ take note! Following the first ever limited edition MOOD in 2018, designed by Karl Lagerfeld in a spirit of elegant sophistication, Christofle blends this year with its heritage of French art of living, excellence and know-how with the creative talents of two celebrities.

A music icon who has also become a fashion icon, the exceptionally gifted Pharrell Williams has long collaborated with fellow musicians as well as major names in fashion. A radiant, enthusiastic and luminous artist (whose favorite color is yellow), Pharrell Williams works instinctively in a collaborative mode.

JEAN IMBERT

After being invited by Christofle to design the 2019 limited edition MOOD by Christofle, Pharrell immediately suggested co-creating this set with his friend Jean Imbert, with whom he opened a restaurant - Swan - in Miami in October 2018. The menu has already been acclaimed by tastemakers in American fashion and music. Friendship, creativity, celebration and sharing are key values for both Pharrell Williams and Jean Imbert. It is also Christofle’s wish to embody the art of sharing with an elegance that is also noble, refined and relaxed.
The Art of Sharing

Pharrell Williams and Jean Imbert wanted to make the most of all the ingredients that bring them together. Joy, first of all, expressed by the dazzling yellow they chose for the lacquered steel case. And there’s friendship, of course, as illustrated by the frieze that depicts Pharrell’s and Jean’s families and friends. One immediately recognizes Jean Imbert’s grandmother, who inspired the new concept of his Paris restaurant, “Mamie”; Pharrell Williams’s wife, and friends also make an appearance. To illustrate their sense of friendliness, Pharrell Williams and Jean Imbert wished to be depicted as sharing with trays in hand serving guests.

Exclusive 24-piece silver-plated flatware set contains the dining essentials for six people. The word "Share" is engraved on the handle of each flatware piece. Set is encased in a yellow lacquered egg-shaped storage capsule. Each set is numbered as only 500 limited edition pieces are available globally.

MOOD Coffee Christofle x Pharrell Williams & Jean

Exclusive 6-piece silver-plated espresso set six espresso spoons. The word "Share" is engraved on the handle of each spoon in six different colors. Set is encased in a small, yellow lacquered egg-shaped storage capsule. Each set is numbered from as only 1,000 limited edition pieces are available globally.
