The talented Chef Jean Imbert uses three Royal Chef knives to prepare three different recipes from his renowned restaurants: Mamie by Jean Imbert, To Share and La Case.
Invited by Christofle to collaborate on the 2019 limited edition of MOOD with artist Pharrell Williams, with whom he opened Swan in Miami, Imbert has always placed friendship, creativity and celebration at the helm of his key values of sharing.

Chef Jean Imbert displays his skills using the Santoku knife, creating his Ratatouille dish to be enjoyed at his Mamie by Jean Imbert restaurant in Paris. The knife is perforated which allows air to go between the blade and allowing easy usage. The knife and cutting board in oak and silver combines a contemporary aesthetic with functionality.
