Vendôme Room Candle Holder, model published by Christofle in 1954. A candle holder is a small candlestick without barrel, provided with a foot with a widened tray to receive the consumed wax. Moreover, a handle is fixed on this base to be able to carry it in each of its travels. At a time when candlelight was an integral part of daily life in the home, this object was a real must-have. Christofle has reinvented a widely known model and adorned it with a stylized scallop shell, an antique motif that was widely used during the Renaissance and is characteristic of the company's Vendôme line.

Maintenance
In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the plishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
