The gentle and graphic Aria collection, created in 1985 by designer Bernard Yot, subtly blends references to the Art Deco style of the 1930s with botanical inspiration. Its motif, a bundle of reeds tied together with a ribbon at the top and bottom of the handle, is a hymn to nature, an aria (‘melody’ in Italian) made contemporary by the simplicity of the design.

Baroque in its decoration, an interweaving of delicate foliage, the collection is also distinguished by its technical prowess: vegetal arabesques spread their organic poetry from handle to spoon, making Jardin d’Eden the only Christofle collection to be entirely decorated.

An icon of the Christofle collection, the Cluny model owes its elegant simplicity to classic 18th century designs. First introduced in 1862, its current form, slightly redesigned by the Christofle studio, dates back to 1964.
