RULES FOR THE CHRISTOFLE DRAW FOR ROLAND-GARROS

The company ORFEVRERIE CHRISTOFLE (acting both on its own behalf and on behalf of other group companies), a Simplified Joint Stock Company with a capital of 5,950,000 euros, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number B 562 063 263 and whose registered office is located at 191 avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine – FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Company") is organizing a draw (hereinafter referred to as "the draw") on its European and UK websites in French and English,  from May 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM to June 2, 2024, at 3:00 PM (French connection dates and times being authoritative, as recorded by the Organizing Company's computer systems). The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the aforementioned dates if the organization of the draw requires it.

1/Principle
To participate in the draw, each participant must have placed an order for a MOOD in collaboration with Roland-Garros (MOOD by Christofle reference B00065296 or MOOD Party B00065598) before June 2, 2024, inclusive, on one of the Organizing Company's websites accessible at www.christofle.com/eu_fr, www.christofle.com/eu_en, www.christofle.com/uk_en, and www.christofle.com/expeur_en. Only purchases made and not returned or refunded will be considered valid for the draw. Returned or refunded purchases will be automatically excluded from participation. The MOOD Roland-Garros purchased by the winner is not returnable or exchangeable.

2/Duration
Entries for the draw will take place from May 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM to June 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

Any participation recorded by the Organizing Company after June 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM will not be taken into account.

3/Number of Winners
One (1) winner among the participants will be designated by the Organizing Company with the participation of independent witnesses. A draw will take place to award the prize to individuals who registered on the site and placed an order for a MOOD by Christofle or a MOOD Party in collaboration with Roland-Garros within the required timeframe to be eligible to participate in the draw.

The draw to designate the winner among the participants will take place on June 3, 2024, at the headquarters of the Organizing Company located at 191 avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine – France.

The winner will be notified by email only. If the winner does not respond within ninety-six (96) business hours following the message informing them of their win, the prizes will remain the property of the Organizing Company. No message will be sent to the losers. If the contact details provided by the participants do not allow the Organizing Company to inform the winner, the winner will be disqualified and will lose the benefit of their prize without any compensation or indemnity of any kind to be paid by the Organizing Company.

The prize will be sent to the winner by email and will be nominative. 

Employees and representatives of the Organizing Company, partner companies, as well as all persons who contributed to the organization and implementation of the draw, and their family members, cannot participate in the draw.

4/Prize
The winner will receive the following prize: two (2) tickets to attend the men's final of Roland-Garros, which will take place on June 9, 2024 (unit price: 290€).

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash or any financial equivalent. No changes for any reason will be accepted by the Organizing Company. It is specified that the Organizing Company will not provide any warranty or assistance services, the prize consisting solely of the delivery of the prize intended for the draw. Any complaints concerning the availability of the prize cannot result in a financial compensation and/or financial equivalent.

The Organizing Company does not cover travel and accommodation expenses to attend the men's final of Roland-Garros.

The Organizing Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or damages of any kind that may occur due to the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.

5/Participation
Any incomplete or non-compliant participation with these rules or made after the draw's closing date will be considered null and void, resulting in the elimination of the participant.

Participation in the draw is open to any natural person of legal age at the date of their participation, residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

To participate, it is necessary to purchase a MOOD by Christofle or a MOOD Party in collaboration with Roland-Garros (references B00065296 or B00065598) during the participation period. Only purchases made and not returned or refunded will be considered valid for the draw. Returned or refunded purchases will be automatically excluded from participation. The MOOD Roland-Garros purchased by the winner is not returnable or exchangeable.

Participation is nominative and limited, throughout the participation period, to one participation per person (same name, same first name, same email address) and per household (one email address corresponding to one participation). It is therefore particularly prohibited to participate under several pseudonyms, with several email addresses, or on behalf of other people.

Participation in the draw implies acceptance of these rules in their entirety and without reservation. These rules are available free of charge on the Organizing Company's European websites accessible at www.christofle.com/eu_fr, www.christofle.com/eu_en, www.christofle.com/uk_en, and www.christofle.com/expeur_en. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify these rules at any time and to make any decisions it deems useful for the application and interpretation of the rules. The Organizing Company may inform participants by any means of its choice. The Organizing Company also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the draw without notice, due to any event beyond its control, particularly in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

The responsibility of the Organizing Company is strictly limited to the delivery of the prize actually and validly won by the winner.

Access to and participation in the draw do not confer any rights on the participants to the intellectual property rights of the Organizing Company.

Participation in the draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the internet network, particularly regarding technical performance, response times to consult, query or transfer information, interruption risks, connection risks, the absence of protection of certain data against potential misappropriations, and contamination risks by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being exhaustive, for malfunctions that may affect the internet network, for any configuration problem, or related to a specific browser that may have caused failures in the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or management of the draw.

The Organizing Company does not guarantee that the websites www.christofle.com/eu_fr, www.christofle.com/eu_en, www.christofle.com/uk_en, and www.christofle.com/expeur_en and/or registration for the draw will function without interruption, nor that they are free from computer errors or that any defects found will be corrected.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction of the draw registration, if participants are unable to connect to the websites www.christofle.com/eu_fr, www.christofle.com/eu_en, www.christofle.com/uk_en, and www.christofle.com/expeur_en, if the data relating to a participant's registration do not reach it for any reason for which it cannot be held responsible or arrive illegible or impossible to process, or in case of problems with email delivery or any other problem related to telecommunications networks, online computers, servers, internet service providers, computer equipment, or software. Participants cannot claim any compensation in this regard.

Similarly, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment, and the data stored on it, or for any direct or indirect consequences that may result. The connection of any person to the sites www.christofle.com/eu_fr, www.christofle.com/eu_en, www.christofle.com/uk_en, and www.christofle.com/expeur_en of the Organizing Company and the participation of participants is under their sole responsibility.

6/Personal Data – Privacy
The information collected in the context of this draw is necessary for the consideration of your participation. This information is intended for the Organizing Company, responsible for processing, for the purposes of managing your participation, determining the winners, and awarding and delivering the prizes.

By participating in the draw , participants may also choose to accept receiving emails sent by the Organizing Company. The data thus collected may be used legally.

You have the right to access, update, and delete data concerning you. If you wish to exercise this right, you can contact: service.clients@christofle.com.

7/Disputes
These rules are governed by French law. No telephone inquiries or claims regarding the draw or the interpretation of these rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim regarding the draw and/or the designation of winners must be sent to: service.clients@christofle.com.

No dispute or claim will be considered one month after the end of the draw.

In case of persistent disagreement regarding the validity, application, or interpretation of these rules, and failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Paris - France, which has exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory procedural rules to the contrary.
