Featuring 5 variants – 2 Christmas balls and 3 tree ornaments – the 2024 collection Silver Treasures unites holiday season themes with the iconic products of the Parisian silversmith.
For our tree ornaments, you'll find these shaped based on our iconic pieces such as our teapot, ice bucket and oval MOOD. The icon of this holiday season, the MOOD collection, created in 2015 by Studio Christofle, is a brilliant incarnation of the meeting of an avant-garde vision & the heritage of the Parisian Silversmith house. Represented in its silver-plated version, its natural curves and pure lines elevate the metallic shine of it's mirror polish into the sublime.
A creation that reinvents the art of the table in celebration of the joy of being together. This model, already a signature piece of the Christofle collections, is available in two other finishes: golden and pink.
MIRROR - POLISH:
THE STAR OF THE SHOW
Silver and silver-plating were prized by the great designers of the XIX and XX centuries for their luminous shine.
A finish applied to metals such as stainless steel, silver or aluminium in order to obtain a smooth, shiny surface, ‘mirror-polish’ is obtained through meticulous polishing of the surface of each piece, to give it the reflective qualities of a mirror. At Maison Christofle, this process
is constantly innovated, bringing together the quest for excellence and artisanal know-how.
