RULES OF THE NFT CHRISTOFLE GAME

The company ORFEVRERIE CHRISTOFLE (acting both on its own behalf and on behalf of other companies in the group), a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a capital of 5,950. 5,950,000, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number B 562 063 263 and whose registered office is located at 191 avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine - FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizing Company") is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest") on its Instagram page accessible at Christofle (@christofle) - Instagram Photos and Videos from April 28, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to May 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (French date and time of the connection being taken as proof of the date and time of the contest), as recorded by the computer systems of the Organizing Body). The Organizing Body reserves the right to modify the above-mentioned dates if the organization of the Game so requires.

a1/ Principle

To participate in the Contest, each participant must subscribe to the Christofle Instagram page, like the post or story announcing the Contest and share the post or story announcing the Contest on his/her own Instagram account. A random drawing of the winner(s) will be made, among the participants, under the control of the Organizing Company with the participation of independent witnesses.

2/ Duration

The Game will run from April 28, 2022 at 9:00 am to May 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
Any entry recorded by the Organizing Body after May 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. will not be taken into account.

3/ Number of winners

One or more winners from among the participants shall be designated by the Organizing Body with the participation of independent witnesses.
The draw to designate the winner among the participants will take place on May 6, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the head office of the Organizing Body located at 191 avenue Charles de Gaulle 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine - France.

The winner will be notified on May 7, 2022 only by private message on Instagram. If the winner fails to respond within seventy-two (72) business hours following the message informing him or her of his or her prize, the prize will be awarded to a second participant designated as the winner following a second random draw conducted by the Organizing Body. If the two (2) winners successively informed
do not respond to the announcement of the prize, the prize shall be retained by the Organizing Body. No message is sent to the losers.
The address of a crypto wallet must be communicated by the winner to the Organizing Body by email.

Employees and representatives of the Organizing Body and/or its shareholder, partner companies and all persons having collaborated in the organization and realization of the Game, as well as members of their families, may not participate in the Game.

4/ Prize

The winner will be awarded the following prize

- A NFT 925 Genesis MOOD worth 0.1ETH (1ETH~2740,54€, Ethereum Euro rate of 27/04/2022).

The endowment may not be exchanged or taken back, nor may it be the subject of a financial consideration or a financial equivalent. No change for any reason whatsoever may be requested from the Organizing Body. It is specified that the Organizing Body will not provide any guarantee or assistance services, as the prize consists solely of the delivery of the prize provided for the Game. Any claims regarding the provision of the prize may not consist of any financial consideration and/or financial equivalent.

The Organizing Body declines all responsibility for any incidents or damages of any nature that may arise due to the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or due to its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.

5/ Participation

Any participation that is incomplete or does not comply with these rules or that is made after the closing date of the Contest will be considered null and void and will result in the elimination of the participant.

Participation in the Contest is open to any individual over the age of majority on the date of participation and internationally. It is free and without obligation to purchase. Participation is nominative and limited, for the entire duration of the Contest, to one participation per person. It is therefore prohibited to participate under several pseudonyms, with several Instagram accounts or on behalf of other people.

Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. The present rules are available free of charge on the websites of the Organizing Body accessible at https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/ and https://www.christofle.com/us_en/. The Organizing Body reserves the right to modify, at any time, these rules and to make any decisions that it may deem useful
for the application and interpretation of the rules. The Organizing Body may inform the participants of such changes by any means of its choosing. The Organizing Body also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Game, without prior notice, due to any event beyond its control and, in particular, in the event of an event constituting a case of force majeure or an act of God.

The liability of the Organizing Body is strictly limited to the delivery of the prize effectively and validly won by the winner.

Access to and participation in the Game do not confer on participants any right to the intellectual property rights of the Organizing Body.

Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network, in particular with respect to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, the risks associated with the connection, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Body may not under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being limitative, in particular for malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, for any configuration problem or problem related to a given browser that may lead to failures in the administration, security, fairness, integrity or management of the Game.

The Organizing Body shall not be held responsible in the event of technical malfunction of the Game, if participants are unable to connect to the https://www.christofle.com/eu_fr/, https://www.christofle.com/eu_en/, https://www.christofle.com/uk_en/ and https://www.christofle.com/us_en/ sites, if the data relating to a participant's registration does not reach it for any reason for which it cannot be held responsible or if it arrives unreadable or impossible to process, or in the event of any other problem related to telecommunications networks, online computers, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software. Participants may not claim any compensation in this regard.

The Organizing Body shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, or for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise therefrom. Ces informations sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice, responsable du traitement, aux fins de gestion de votre participation, pour la détermination du ou de la gagnant(e) et pour l’attribution de la dotation.

7/ Litigation

These rules are governed by French law. No telephone request or claim concerning the Game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the designation of the winner must be made to: service.clients@christofle.com.

No dispute or claim will be taken into account one month after the end of the Contest.

In the event of a persistent disagreement on the validity, application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Paris, France, to which exclusive jurisdiction is granted, except in the case of imperative rules of procedure to the contrary.
