The silver plated Galéa salad serving fork can be used in conjunction with a salad serving spoon to dish up mixed greens. Launched in 2000, the Galéa flatware collection features designer Bernard Yot’s reinterpretation of double interlacing, an ornamental motif created by Nicolas Cornu in 1775. The curvy details and supple undulating handles are welcome to the touch and pleasing to the eye.
