These silver-plated ‘Louis-Philippe’ coasters were created by Christofle in 1979. They feature a motif of braided hearts on a guilloché background, which gives them their relief. Their name evokes Christofle's first major customer, who ordered a service for his royal residence in Eu, Normandy, in 1844.

Christofle Vintage Collection pieces are second hand pieces selected and authenticated by Christofle. They are pieces in good condition and restored in our workshops in Yainville (Normandy)... More information

In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the plishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
