The apple trinket box welcomes your little secrets, sliding its lid. Silver plated, it can be personalized with our engraving service.
The "Bonbonnière" is a reference to the “bonbon” that can be held in the box.
Charles Christofle, whose first profession was being a jeweler, specialized in trinket boxes at that time.
Since 1830, the trinket box has been an emblematic product of the Maison.
This is why Christofle has decided to revisit the bonbonnière through different styles:
Gousset, Mandorla, Medallion, Ace of diamonds, Round with frieze, with cut sides, Apple and Pear.
Christofle buys the patents for silver plating and gilding by electrolysis which gave birth to silver metal in France. He becomes a goldsmith.
