This "wheat ear" ashtray was created for the Gallia collection around 1905. With its rounded shape and nature-inspired decoration, it perfectly illustrates the Art Nouveau style in vogue in France at the time. This piece can also be used as a trinket bowl, to add a special touch to your decoration.

In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the polishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
