Description
These fluted knife-holders, in silver-plated metal, appeared in Christofle's catalog in the first half of the 1930s. Their strict, geometric decoration reveals inspiration from the Art Deco movement, which was all at the forefront in France at the time.

Maintenance
In order to preserve the beauty of your VINTAGE piece, we recommend that you maintain it with a Christofle product: the silver flash from time to time and the polishing gloves for regular maintenance. For maintenance with the plishing gloves: take off your jewelry and wipe the glove over the entire piece to restore its shine. For maintenance with the silver flash, refer to the product's instructions. Beforehand, be sure to remove the piece from its antioxidant pouch. This pouch is lined with antioxidant fabric to protect your piece from oxidation.
