The silver plated sauce spoon in the Galéa pattern is ideal for skimming sauces off a plate and can substitute as a fish knife. Launched in 2000, the Galéa flatware collection features designer Bernard Yot’s reinterpretation of double interlacing, an ornamental motif created by Nicolas Cornu in 1775. The curvy details and supple undulating handles are welcome to the touch and pleasing to the eye.
