Your payment and all related information is safe on Christofle.com. We use a security-standard encryption system to maintain security and confidentiality.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE CARD FOR ONE ORDER?

Only one card can be used per transaction for online purchases.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PICK IT UP IN A BOUTIQUE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service currently.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Currently, we do not accept gift cards for online purchases.

HOW CAN I ORDER A GIFT BUT ENSURE THE PRICE DOESN’T SHOW ON THE GIFT RECEIPT?

We do not include prices on invoices for gifts.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for you to receive your order.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes. When you get to the checkout in the Billing Information section, check the box that says, “Ship to different address” and enter the shipping address. Please kindly note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or maol forwarding companies

DOES MY ORDER COME GIFT WRAPPED?

All Christofle.com orders are carefully packed in a signature Christofle box tied with a decorative ribbon. Kindly note that porcelain and crystal wares are packed separately in protective boxes to prevent breakage while they are in transit.

HOW DO I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

When you get to checkout, simply type your message into the “PERSONAL GIFT MESSAGE” box. The note will be printed on a card and placed with your gift.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns purchased online must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition with all tags and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

 

Once the return is received, it will be processed for a refund. The refund is issued to the same form of payment used in the initial purchase.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER TO A BOUTIQUE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Online purchases can be exchanged in a Christofle boutique. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made through a boutique for online orders.

CAN I RETURN MY ENGRAVED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

Unfortunately, engraved and personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?

Flatware

We kindly suggest cleaning your flatware in a dishwasher or hand washing using a gentle detergent that does not contain citrus.

When not in use, we advise that you store your sterling silver flatware in a chest or one of our Anti-Tarnish Flatware Storage Pouches.

 

Frames

All Christofle picture frames are varnished and do not require any special care.

Do not use any cleaning products: neither Christofle's cleaning products nor traditional cleaning products (for example, window cleaners) that could damage them.

A dry (or damp) cloth is sufficient to remove dust.

 

Jewelry

Our beautifully crafted sterling silver jewelry is meant to last a lifetime. We suggest cleaning it with a Christofle Polishing Cloth or Silver Flash Anti-Tarnishing Solution.

For your jewelry pieces that contain pearls, wood, diamonds, and other stone, use only the Christofle Polishing Cloth as the solution can cause discoloration.

IS YOUR PORCELAIN MICROWAVE SAFE?

Christofle porcelain is microwave safe as long as it is not embellished with silver, gold or any other metal.

IS YOUR FLATWARE DISHWASHER SAFE?

Christofle flatware is dishwasher safe. We suggest using a natural, non-abrasive detergent. Also, do not use a dishwashing detergent that contains citrus.

Kindly note that any flatware with gold gilding should be hand washed only.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR CHRISTOFLE PRODUCTS?

Christofle products carry a 2-year warranty from date of purchase.

HOW CAN I HAVE MY ITEM(S) REPAIRED?

HOW MUCH DOES A REPAIR COST?

The cost of a repair depends on the condition of the article, the underlying issue, and the extent to which it needs repair. A quote will be given upon assessment of the item. Please kindly note that repairs are facilitated once the customer validates the repair cost.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THE AUTHENTICITY OF MY CHRISTOFLE PIECE(S)?

We invite you to send photos of your items to Customer Service who will liaise with our Museum & Archives Manager in France in having your piece evaluated.
