The sterling silver Dessert Knife in the Albi pattern has a steel blade to better resist wear and tear and to increase quality of slice. This Knife can be paired with a dessert spoon and fork to be used with desserts, salads or starters. The collection takes its name from the French town of Albi, located between Toulouse and Bordeaux. The clean, straight lines and single nave in the famous fortified Albi cathedral inspired the design.
