- Orders received will not be shipped before the next day of ordering and are based on availability.

- Delivery dates are estimates, and the actual delivery depends on product availability.

- Customers are responsible for the cost for mailing back returns for an exchange or refund. 

  

RETURNS

 

Christofle.com purchases can be returned or exchanged per the following:  

 

For returns, please contact our customer service at service.clients@christofle.com or 1-800-599-2352 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

 

For jewelry sizing issues, returns can be made free of charge. 

 

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. The right of withdrawal can be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If an order containing several products is delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the receipt of the last item received.

 

Please note that personalized and engraved items cannot be returned.

 

Returns must be made 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Subject to compliance with the aforementioned deadline and the receipt of the products returned by the customer, Christofle will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, including the 14-day delivery. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial sale.

 

Christofle products returned incomplete, altered, and/or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

 

 

There are two ways you can return your order to us:

1. To get a refund, items may be returned to our Customer Service Center at the following address:

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to process the original purchase. Product exchanges via the Customer Service Center are not possible at this time.

 

2. You may also return your item(s) to one of our U.S. boutiques for an exchange or store credit. Please be advised that refunds are not issued for returns made in store. To find a store nearest you, please click here

 

Please note: For all returns, except where the item is defective or sent in error by Christofle, the customer shall be responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the products to Christofle.  Any returned item which is incomplete, used, modified, damaged or soiled will not be exchanged or refunded.  Gift recipients may exchange Christofle products at any Christofle Boutique in the United States of America.   Pierced earrings may not be returned unless they are defective. All conditions must be adhered to, or Christofle will send back the returned products, and the customer will be charged for shipping.
