Articles purchased from www.christofle.com may be returned or exchanged according to the following conditions and procedures:

For any size problem, the jewelry can be exchanged for free.
Returns are made at the expense of the customer. The right of withdrawal can be exercised at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order. If an order containing several products is delivered separately, the period of 14 days starts from the receipt of the last one.
Please note that Christofle will not be able to take back engraved items.
The deadline for returns are no later than 14 days following notification of our decision to withdraw from our customer service.
Subject to compliance with the aforementioned deadline and the receipt of the products returned by the customer, Christofle will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, including the 14-day delivery. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial sale.
Christofle products returned incomplete, altered, damaged and/or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
