The art of entertaining meets the world of beauty. Christofle joins forces with Sisley, the French family-owned luxury cosmetics house, to present an exclusive customization of this tray. Celebrating the expertise and creative worlds of both houses, this collaboration brings a shared appreciation for detail to life.
The Collaboration is an exclusive personalization consisting of a chemical engraving of a SISLEY motif: the Ginkgo flower on an the rectangular letter tray from Vertigo Collection. Vertigo’s simple motif, a subtly asymmetrical, thick ring, can be found on every piece in the collection designed by Andrée Putman.
Christofle buys the patents for silver plating and gilding by electrolysis which gave birth to silver metal in France. He becomes a goldsmith.
