These silver-plated liqueur glass holders feature an arabesque pattern of apple blossom flowers. They appeared in the Gallia collection catalogue from 1905 to the early 1920s. This floral motif is characteristic of the Art Nouveau movement, which favoured motifs inspired by nature. These pieces are not sold with the liqueur glasses.
Christofle Vintage Collection pieces are second hand pieces selected and authenticated by Christofle. They are pieces in good condition and restored in our workshops in Yainville (Normandy)...

Having become famous, Maison Christofle was solicited by foreign sovereigns such as Emperor Maximilian of Mexico, the Tsar of Russia, Germany of the Kaiser, the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Sultan Abdulaziz of the Ottoman Empire.
