The online order process
Orders may be placed on this e-boutique at www.christofle.com by individual consumers or corporations purchasing items other than for resale. Any total or partial resale of items ordered on www.christofle.com is strictly prohibited.
The photographs, designs and descriptions of Christofle products are provided for the customer’s information only. Variations may occur due to technical restrictions on computer equipment. The customer can contact Christofle Customer Service by sending an e-mail to customer.service@christofle.com
You must be at least 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through this e-boutique. You agree not to use this e-boutique or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
During the checkout process, the customer will be asked to confirm the payment. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except according to the express conditions provided for in the present Terms & Conditions or in provided for in applicable law.
The customer’s credit card will be debited when the order is shipped.
The customer must guarantee that he/she is the owner of the card, and that the name written on the debited card at any time is his/her name. The customer must provide his/her card number, as well as the expiration date and security code.
When the order is shipped, Christofle will send you a confirmation email with the trasking number of the order.
PROMOTIONS
You should read carefully the rules of each promotion, coupon, discount, contest, shopping sprees, and any special offer that Christofle may offer or conduct.
THE DELIVERY
Christofle cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Predictions of delivery dates are all estimates.
If the order is not delivered within seven (7) business days after the estimated date, the customer can request the cancellation of the purchase and the reimbursement of the paid amount.
Christofle is not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer; failed deliveries due to the absence of the recipient at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender; decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer, or a re-route requested by the customer; decreased product quality caused by improper handling by the recipient.
TAXES
An estimate of applicable Federal, State and local taxes on online transactions will be added to the purchase price.
RETURN POLICY
Articles purchased from www.christofle.com may be returned* or exchanged* according to the following conditions and procedures.
Items must be returned in saleable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice and completed return form.
There are two ways to return our products:

Customers will receive refunds (no exchanges) for items returned to our Customer Service Center.
Exchange or store credit: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit (no refunds) at any Christofle Boutique in the United States of America**. Store credits are valid for ninety (90) days from the return date.

* Pierced earrings may not be returned unless they are defective. Engraved items may not be returned. For all returns, except where the item is defective or sent in error by Christofle, the customer shall be responsible to arrange and pay for the safe return of the products to Christofle. In the event of an exchange, if the value of the replacement product is greater than the value of the exchanged Christofle product, the price difference will be charged to the same credit card that was used to process the original purchase, according to the General Conditions of Sale. If the value of the replacement product is less than the value of the exchanged Christofle product, Christofle will refund the price difference to the same credit card that was used to process the original purchase, according to the General Conditions of Sale. Any returned item which is incomplete, used, modified, damaged or soiled will not be exchanged or refunded. Gift recipients may exchange Christofle products at any Christofle Boutique in the United States of America. All refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to process the original purchase. All conditions must be adhered, or Christofle will send back the returned products, and the customer will be charged for all shipping fees.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Christofle Silver, Inc. will not be liable to the customer or any third party for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use or inability to use the christofle.com website, even if Orfevrerie Christofle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Christofle does not guarantee that the christofle.com website is free from viruses or other destructive material or that the information contained on the christofle.com website are accurate, complete or up to date.
